Nursery Fellow (Volunteer)

GCC manages a native plant nursery, where we grow an array of urban-adapted native plants for sale and for planting projects in Gowanus. Volunteers and students are integral to nursery operations, providing direct plant care, propagation, and ongoing research. We are looking for a nursery fellow who enjoys working with people of all ages to conduct propagation, stewardship, and tracking in our native plant nursery for the 2018 season. The flexible hours make this a good opportunity for a student, retiree, or someone looking to enter the field of horticulture or nursery production.
