Description
Conoclinium coelestinum, commonly called blue mistflower, is a late summer to fall-blooming perennial native to the Eastern United States. It is a vigorous plant that spreads easily typically growing 1-2’ tall. It has showy small, fluffy, blue-purple flowers and works best in a wild woodland garden. It can be used in borders but only in an area where its roots will not interfere with other plants.
